RPM Shows J&J What's Happening

For Johnson & Johnson knowing what is really happening at store level has always been a challenge, as no other data provider provides us with specific live store data. As an account manager it is vital that I understand what is happening at store level to provide accurate insights to the J&J marketing and management team on my account, as well as provide my account with insights about opportunities to build their business further with us. RPM Retail provides this live data at a touch of a button, helping me maximise opportunities and sales for both parties.

For our territory sales managers the RPM Retail has been invaluable, they can now set clear relevant store objectives, by knowing prior to visiting what is “actually happening” in the store with stock, distribution, pricing and ranging, and what needs to happen to improve our business within that specific store. No longer just selling product but actually helping manage our clients business more efficiently.
